We have a passionate, dedicated team of people who have sensed the call of God to minister at one of our CSSM ministry points year-round. This core group of people prepares the way for intense summer ministry each year, along with finding creative ways to continue to reach out to our province with the life of God throughout the fall, winter, and spring months.

CSSM Ministries Manitoba is currently looking for the following positions:

Site Manager

Valley View Bible Camp, a CSSM Ministry located in beautiful south-central Manitoba, is seeking a mature Christian couple to join their ministry and leadership team. This opportunity would include being an active participant as a ministry team member working with all campers and particularly in the area of site management.

Site Manager

Turtle Mountain Bible Camp is seeking a self-motivated, dedicated and skilled person with leadership abilities for a new Camp Site Manager position commencing the beginning of May. The applicant is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of camp grounds and buildings, supervision of volunteers in grounds upkeep, and management of utilities.

Site Manager Qualities and Skills

Living an active faith in Jesus Christ and agree with Christian code of conduct of TMBC
Mechanically inclined with knowledge and ability to operate and maintain grounds equipment
Self-motivated with ability to work alone and ability to supervise other staff
Knowledge in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
Well organized and willing to relocate to TMBC accommodations provided.

Job Description

Responsible to: Director

Job Description: To give oversight and maintenance of the TMBC facilities and perform other duties as assigned by the director and/or Camp Board.

Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience and time available (housing provided)

Term: Year round position with main responsibilities during May – October, and minimal off-season responsibilities, including year round accommodation.
